RIYADH: The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia discussed increasing cooperation to develop human capacities in industry and mining with a number of German companies.
A delegation from the ministry, led by Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources for Human Capability Development (IMRHCD), made an official trip to Germany in cooperation with the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP), according to Saudi media.
Saudi delegation meets with Porsche officials
The delegation met with officials of the German automobile company Porsche at the manufacturer’s headquarters, where they discussed to increase cooperation between the two sides in industry and human resources development.
The delegation discussed cooperation potential as well as initiatives and programs for developing human capacities with the German companies Festo, Schüller, and KSB.
The meetings also discussed the immense opportunities provided by the Saudi National Industry Strategy in many industrial sectors, particularly with regard to developing human capacities.
The officials of the two sides also discussed boosting bilateral ties in a way that fulfills their interests and joint visions.
