The medical teams received an urgent notice to deal with the case of a 70-year-old patient suffering from health issues and loss of consciousness inside the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque. According to Saudi media, ambulance services were provided immediately while the patient was diagnosed that he had suffered breathing difficulties and cardiac arrest.

The team rapidly started CPR with electric shocks for several minutes until the heart of the patient restarted beating. Then the patient was shifted to Al-Safiah Healthcare Center for further medical treatment, and he was given all the necessary medications until his condition became normal and stable.

Al-Safiah Healthcare Center has received several cases of cardiac arrest since the beginning of the current year.
