Saudi Minister Arrives in Pakistan to Sign Road to Makkah Project

ISLAMABAD: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Interior Minister, Dr. Nasir Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Dawood, arrived in Pakistan on Tuesday for a two-day official visit.

According to a press release, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sana Ullah warmly welcomed the Deputy Interior Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Noor Khan Airbase.

During his stay, the distinguished Saudi official was due to finalize and sign an agreement related to the “Road to Makkah” project.

This initiative is believed to be a significant step forward in simplifying and streamlining the process of immigration for pilgrims, providing a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Dr. Nasir Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Dawood was scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the Federal Minister for Narcotics Control, and the Chief of Army Staff in addition to the signing ceremony.
