Video communication services are readily available to address pilgrims’ inquiries in their preferred languages.

Numerous imams and preachers conduct enlightening lessons and seminars following prayers, enriching the spiritual experience of the pilgrims.

Furthermore, essential provisions such as brochures, booklets, meals, beverages, and the sacred Zamzam water are distributed to fulfill the needs of the pilgrims.
