PARIS: Shania Twain has once again showered praise on Taylor Swift, lauding the multi-talented artist as a beacon of inspiration and resilience for emerging musicians.

In an interview with Extra, renowned as the Queen of Country Pop, Twain emphasized Swift’s dedication and bravery in navigating the competitive landscape of the music industry. “I know that she is doing the same in her own right for other young artists coming up behind her, because she is a very brave artist and a very, very hard-working one,” Twain remarked.

Acknowledging Swift’s significant influence, Twain described her as a “fabulous” example for aspiring musicians, underscoring Swift’s ability to inspire confidence and empowerment among her peers.

Highlighting the impact of Swift’s acknowledgment of her own legacy, Twain expressed gratitude for the mutual admiration shared between artists. “When the artists themselves speak, [and] reference me, or they are showing respect or when we talk, they share that it inspired them to feel more liberated,” she noted.

The camaraderie between the two iconic artists was evident when they performed together at the American Music Awards in 2019, showcasing their mutual respect and admiration for each other’s talent and contributions to the music industry.

Twain’s recent comments echo her previous sentiments regarding Swift’s unparalleled work ethic, emphasizing the rigorous demands of Swift’s artistic pursuits. “She is living an exhausting existence, but she is dedicated and committed to herself, to her art, and her work,” Twain remarked in an interview with Haute Living in April.
