KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday disposed of all petitions challenging the election results of 40 constituencies of national and Sindh provincial assembly from Karachi.
The court directed petitioners to approach the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), mandating the commission to adjudicate on the cases by February 22.
Additionally, the court issued notices to both the ECP and the federal government, seeking clarification on the actions taken by the ECP in cases where disparities arose between forms 45 and 47.
