KARACHI: Social Media Influencer and film actress Jannat Mirza recently revealed that she ended her engagement with Umer Butt because she thought their relationship could not sustain for a long period, adding the decision to end the engagement came with mutual understanding.
During a podcast appearance, Jannat shared that she was not prepared for the breakup, but she was happy once it happened.
Elaborating on the decision, she disclosed that the choice to part ways was the result of two years of observation. She asserted that the decision to part ways was a mutual decision with Umer, prioritizing each other’s individual well-being.
Highlighting her thoughts on marriage, Jannat stated that she prefers a traditional route. “Arranged marriages possess more charm. In my past relationship, I could see numerous issues that couldn’t be ignored, particularly regarding marriage, since it happens for a lifetime.”
