MUMBAI: Sonakshi Sinha is all set to marry with her friend Zaheer Iqbal on June 23, Indian media reported on Monday.
According to media reports, Zaheer and Sonakshi will get married at a South Mumbai venue and all close friends are invited, including the entire cast of Heeramandi. Both have made their Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s movies. While Sonakshi made her debut with Dabangg in 2010, Zaheer’s first film was Notebook in 2019. However, Sonakshi and Zaheer acted together in Double XL.
Sonakshi has been in media for her rumored friendship with Zaheer. The couple has maintained that they are “just good friends” but earlier actor Zaheer Iqbal’s social media post suggested something else.
Sonakshi Sinha was recently seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar is streaming on Netflix. Fardeen Khan, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, Manisha Koirala, Adhyayan Suman and Shekhar Suman are also a part of Heeramandi.
