JAIPUR: Indian Congress leader Sonia Gandhi has alleged the Narendra Modi government of promoting unemployment and economic crisis in the country.
Addressing a massive rally in Jaipur, she said the BJP government is violating democratic norms and instilling fear in the whole system.
Sonia Gandhi said this is a dictatorship which is placing democracy in danger.
She said that for the last ten years, India has been in the hands of a government that left no stone unturned to promote unemployment, economic crisis, inflation, and inequality.
Democratic Institutions Destroyed in India
Today democracy is in danger in India. Democratic institutions are being destroyed and a conspiracy is being hatched to change the Constitution, she said, adding that this is a dictatorship and the public should give a reply to this.
She said that Modi is tearing apart the dignity of the country and its democracy. Fear is being installed in the whole system and different tactics are being used to force opposition leaders to join the BJP.
