ISLAMABAD: Indulge in the irresistible Strawberry Cream Delight, offering the perfect blend of strawberries and cream right in your home.


For the Crust

Marie biscuits: 200 g / 2 cups

Unsalted butter (melted): 80 g / 1/3 cup

For the Whipped Cream

Whipping Cream: 1 pack

Cream: 50 g / 1/4 cup

For the Strawberry Puree

Strawberries: 300 g / 2 ½ cups

Caster sugar: 50 g / ¼ cup

For the Strawberry Whipped Cream

Whipped cream

Strawberry puree

Gelatin: 15 g / 2 tbsp

For Assembling

Prepared biscuit crust

Strawberry whipped cream

Strawberry slices (as needed)

Strawberry jelly (water: 350 g / 1 ¼ cup + strawberry jelly powder pack)


Blend the biscuits until finely ground, then add melted butter and blend again. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat the Whipping Cream until fluffy and stiff peaks form.

Add the Cream and beat again until well combined. Set aside.

Blend the strawberries, caster sugar, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Combine the whipped cream with the strawberry puree, beating well. Add the gelatin and beat again until fully incorporated.

In a dish, spread a layer of the prepared biscuit crust. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Then layer with strawberry whipped cream and strawberry slices. Repeat this step two more times. Refrigerate for half an hour.

To prepare the strawberry jelly, heat water in a pan until boiling. Add the strawberry jelly powder and cook until fully dissolved.

Pour the prepared jelly mixture over the dessert and let it cool at room temperature.
