Sudan Fatwa Increase Concerns of UN as Bashir Loyalists Enhance Protests

As loyalists of ousted leader Omar al-Bashir intensified their opposition to a draft agreement for a new civilian government, the United Nations expressed concern on Tuesday regarding a request for a fatwa in Sudan that called for the assassination of its head.
