ISLAMABAD: The Embassy of Sweden announced on Monday the arrival of Alexandra Berg von Linde as the newly appointed Swedish Ambassador to Pakistan.
Officially starting her role on August 15th, Ambassador von Linde brings extensive diplomatic experience to her new position.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Sweden’s Ambassador to Bangladesh and has held key roles at Swedish embassies in Kabul and New Delhi.
Her career in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm includes significant positions such as Deputy Head of the Minister’s Office and Chief of Staff to two Ministers of International Development Cooperation.
Ambassador von Linde’s diverse background and experience in international relations are expected to strengthen the ties between Sweden and Pakistan.
