Ingredients:
1/2 cup tomato jam (store-bought or homemade)
4 slices of bread
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
2 tbsp butter
Pinch of cayenne, cinnamon, or ginger (optional for added spice)
Instructions:
Prep the Bread: Spread a layer of tomato jam onto two slices of bread. If you prefer a spicier jam, add a pinch of cayenne or ginger for a balanced heat.
