JEDDAH: TeamLab Borderless Jeddah, a digital art museum in the city is marking the 94th Saudi National Day by inviting families and children to explore educational and interactive artworks, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Wednesday.
On September 23, the National Day, the museum will be open from 3 pm to 2 am, offering a unique blend of art, imagination and technology. Families can enjoy an innovative artistic experience while students can experience interactive learning and play.
One of the highlights is “Sketch Ocean,” an interactive digital installation that lets children draw and colour fish on paper, which then comes to life as animated digital drawings on the walls of the museum. Children can engage in these digital creations by touching and feeding them. The museum also features the “Sketch Factory,” where drawings from Sketch Ocean can be turned into personalized souvenirs like t-shirts, badges and handbags.
For a more active experience, visitors can explore the Athletic Forest, a three-dimensional space that encourages physical activity and spatial perception. Visitors can interact with objects in a creative and enjoyable setting.

Students are invited to immerse themselves in a world of interactive spaces and child-focused programs that combine play, art, and education. These experiences aim to cultivate creative thinking, inspire innovation, and nurture a new generation of art and technology enthusiasts.
TeamLab Borderless Jeddah, a collaboration between the Ministry of Culture and TeamLab, offers an immersive art space where boundaries between art and viewers blur, creating an environment that sparks creativity and transcends the ordinary.
