Theatrical Spectacular Celebrating KSA Culture Will Open in Diriyah

RIYADH: A live theatrical spectacular that celebrates and honors the culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will open in Diriyah on Thursday.

The artistic work, Terhal, will be staged by Saudi’s Ministry of Culture, international cultural creation, and Dragone. It will feature stunts, acrobatics, aerial performances, dazzling special effects, and traditional Saudi art and dance.

More than 60 Saudi artists and over 60 international performers will lead the spectators on an adventure that explores the key role of the KSA’s heritage, tradition and people play in shaping the future.

The artistic production follows a young student Saad as he travels to encounter danger, friends, and the intensity of nature, finally realizing that the key to the future lies in his country’s tradition and heritage.

The spectacular will open on March 2 at Terhal Theatre and will run until March 19.

Dragone produces a variety of shows worldwide, embracing local culture in order to entertain audiences.
