LOS ANGELES: After years of keeping his personal life away from the limelight, the Top Gun: Maverick star is all set to open up like never before, according to a report by Heat World.
Tom is reportedly ready to discuss divorce with Katie Holmes, which drew public attention and opened up about his beliefs in scientology and relationship with kids.
As per reports Tom, 62 will be spending most of the next year in the US and he has been talking about a “change of strategy.”
Heat World said the idea of sharing some controlled soundbites to clear the air, as long as it’s done with a sympathetic host who isn’t out to humiliate him the way some have in the past, does appeal to the Top Gun actor.
Reportedly Tom is sick of all the false narrative out there about him and is ready to address things head on. Tom is aware that he has to be “very transparent” to have any “real impact.”
He will be doing a lot of press after so many years of staying so tight-lipped.

Following his split from Katie Holmes in 2012, after six years of marriage, the actress was granted sole custody of their daughter, Suri, and the two relocated to New York.
Suri has not been seen with Tom since she was a child, and in June, reports surfaced that she had dropped his surname. While starring in a theatre production, Head Over Heels, the teenager was credited in the programme as “Suri Noelle,” adopting her mother’s middle name.
Before his marriage to Holmes, Tom was married to Mimi Rogers from 1987 to 1990 and later to Nicole Kidman from 1990 to 2001.
