1-2 teaspoons tomato paste (adjust per egg)
1-2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons butter
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Chilli crisp oil
Minced garlic
Diced onions
Fresh herbs
Instructions:
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add butter to the pan and allow it to melt and become hot.
Stir in the tomato paste, ensuring it combines well with the butter.
Crack the eggs into the pan over the tomato paste mixture and add salt and black pepper to it. For added flavor, add some of the tomato paste mixture over the top of the eggs.
