NEW YORK: Former President Donald Trump has rallied his Make America Great Again (MAGA) base at an event in New York City, again promising to crack down on migration while criticizing his opponent Kamala Harris.
The former President repeatedly assaulted migrants during his speech at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, vowing to follow through on his campaign pledge to carry out the largest deportation operation in US history if elected.

He said that November 5 will be the most significant date in the history of their country and together, they will make America powerful again. He also painted a portrait of a country plagued by social and economic crises.
Trump was also joined by a batch of Republicans and other allies during the event while several launched into assaults against Kamala Harris – one speaker called the Vice President “the devil” – and used inflammable rhetoric against immigrant and migrant communities, and perceived rivals.
Donald Trump blamed Kamala Harris – whom he described as a “radical left Marxist” who is “unfit” to serve as president of the US.
The rally holds just a few days before US citizens go to the ballot box on November 5 to elect new host of White House, with polls showing Harris and Trump locked in a neck-and-neck fight for the new President.
On the other hand, Kamala Harris was in Philadelphia, on Sunday. During a rally on Sunday, she sought to portray her rival Donald Trump as a divisive force in the US politics and also warned of the “high stakes” of the next elections.
But Harris struck a more conciliatory note than at some of her most recent drive events, where she has accused the former president of being a “unhinged” and “fascist”.
