Turkish President, Saudi Foreign Minister Discuss Bilateral Ties

ISTANBUL: President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan has met with the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and discussed bilateral ties, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

At the outset of the reception, at Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul, Prince Faisal conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Turkish president.

During the meeting, they discussed ties between the two countries and their peoples, ways to strengthen and develop them in various areas. They also reviewed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and efforts being made in this regard.

Saudi Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ambassador Dr. Saud Al-Sati and Saudi Ambassador to Türkiye Fahad Abualnasr also attended the meeting.
