WASHINGTON: UN chief Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned deadly Israeli strike on the Hospital in Gaza, Western media reported on Tuesday.
The health ministry in the Gaza Strip said that more than 500 innocent Palestinian civilians, including women and children, were martyred in a brutal Israeli airstrike on al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza.
In a statement via social media, the UN chief said, “I am horrified by the killing of hundreds of Palestinian civilians in an airstrike on a hospital in Gaza. He said that he strongly condemned the attack on Gaza hospital.

He said that medical personnel and hospitals are protected as per global humanitarian law and expressed sympathy with the relatives of the victims.
As per media reports, thousands of Palestinian people were at the hospital in Gaza when the compound came under Israeli bombardment.
