Weather to Remain Cold, Cloudy

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Saturday said the weather will remain cold and cloudy in most of the upper parts of the country.

Rain or thundershowers will likely occur in a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Potohar region.

A westerly wave is affecting the western and upper parts of the country and is likely to persist in northern parts till tomorrow.

Weather update for next 24 hours

The weather will remain cold and partly cloudy on Sunday in most parts of the country. Light to moderate rain and snowfall is expected at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Most of the country saw dry weather during the last 24 hours, while northern regions experienced chilly weather. However, rain occurred in a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Gilgit-Baltistan: Hunza 03 mm, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Kalam recorded 01 mm.
