The messaging app‘s speed of testing and rolling out fresh features has expanded tremendously in the recent past, such that nearly every month new features are unveiled.
With the stable release of WhatsApp, the messaging platform allows you to add captions when sharing documents. This will come in handy, especially for those who use WhatsApp in order to share a lot of files frequently. Now files as large as 2GB can be shared on the platform.
Another feature that WhatsApp has brought out is to make it easier to send several videos and photos at the same time. The limit has been raised from 30 media files in a conversation to 100.

In addition to these, more dog photos and cat memes can be shared.
A minor but much-longed-for change is support for longer group descriptions and subjects. Now group names can be up to 100 characters long, with detailed descriptions explaining a group’s purpose.
WhatsApp‘s latest release’s change log on the Play Store mentions Avatar support, even though the feature had been rolled out a few months ago.
WhatsApp is reportedly working on numerous new enhancements, which include the ability to transcript for voice notes, pin messages, and even share photos in higher quality.
