ISLAMABAD: Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, a self-proclaimed singer and social media sensation, had his viral sensation ‘Bado Badi’ taken down from YouTube after garnering over 28 million views.

Last month, Khan, known for his popular song renditions, released ‘Bado Badi’ on YouTube, featuring his friend as a model.

The song quickly gained immense popularity, reaching 28 million views before being taken down, reportedly due to copyright claims attributed to legendary singer Noor Jahan, the original singer of the song ‘Ankh Ladi Bado Badi’ from the film Banarasi Thug.

Kashif Rana, aka Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, is a British Pakistani musician and former first-class cricketer.

Despite the removal from YouTube, ‘Bado Badi’ remains a top trending song on platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with its title originating from the Punjabi language.
