PESHAWAR: A delegation of the World Food Program (WFP), headed by Country Director Coco Ushiyama, met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur on Saturday.
The meeting, held at the Chief Minister House in Peshawar, focused on enhancing cooperation across various sectors, particularly in the merged districts.
Chief Minister Gandapur briefed the delegation on the challenges confronting these districts, which have been significantly impacted by terrorism, noting the severe damage to infrastructure.
He emphasized the necessity for extensive development efforts to uplift these areas to the level of the settled districts.
