ASTANA: The team of Kyrgyzstan won fifteen medals on September 11 at the World Nomad Games in Kazakhstan. According to the official website of the Games, on the fourth day of the event, the Kyrgyzstan’s team won 3 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze medals.
Kyrgyzstan dropped to third position in the medal standings. Team of Kyrgyzstan won medals in mas-wrestling, archery, audaryspak, alysh and kuresh. The kokpar and kok boru teams will play against Kazakhstan today.
The games are being played in Astana from September 8 to September 14. Over 100 nations and about 4,000 people are taking part in the Games. In 2014, 2016 and 2018, the World Games were organized in Kyrgyzstan, in 2022 in Turkey.
