ISLAMABAD: Mint lassi is a latest and modern twist to the traditional lassi recipe, with the addition of mint to it. The refreshing effect of lassi is amplified by the inclusion of mint and makes a very perfect breakfast drink. You can serve it to your family on Eid breakfast to accompany with the filling oily breakfast regularly served.
Ingredients
Yogurt1 Cup
Milk¼ Cup
Cumin Seeds½ Tsp
Mint Leaves10 – 12
SaltTo Taste
Ice CubesAs Required
Method
Take one cup of yogurt in a mixer.
Add in milk, cumin seeds, salt, mint leaves, and blend.
Pour the Mint lassi into a glass.
Include ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve cold and enjoy with your friends and family members.
