MINA:  The Saudi Ministry of Health, represented by SEHA Virtual Hospital, has provided instant virtual medical consultation services to pilgrims during the Hajj season, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Thursday.

These services are available round the clock and can be accessed through the “Sehhaty” application or platform X or by calling the number 937. This service is planned to ensure that pilgrims can obtain necessary and reliable medical consultations at any time, from any location during Hajj.

According to the Ministry of Health, medical consultations are accessible in six languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Farsi, and Urdu. Pilgrims can register via “Sehhaty” with their border number and receive immediate written, audio or visual medical consultation. Additionally, they can link files to discuss the results of radiology and analyses.

This service is in line with the Ministry of Health’s dedication to delivering innovative and integrated health care to pilgrims and guaranteeing that the Hajj journey is completed in a straightforward and reassuring manner.
