ISLAMABAD: Crispy Beef Cutlets are a delightful treat made with savory ground beef, aromatic spices, and a crunchy coating, making them an ideal dish to share with family and friends.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 kg ground beef
1 ½ cups cubed boiled potatoes
1 ½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp mustard paste
3 slices of bread soaked in 1/2 cup milk
Beaten eggs, as needed
Bread crumbs, as needed
Instructions
In a pot, heat the oil and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion becomes translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until its color changes.
Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl. Add the boiled potatoes, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, fresh coriander, green chilies, and mustard paste. Mix everything well.
Then soak the bread slices in milk. Squeeze out the excess milk from the soaked bread and add it to the beef mixture.
Shape the mixture into cutlets. Dip each cutlet into the beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the prepared cutlets until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
Beef Cutlets are ready to serve.
