ISLAMABAD: A rush of visitors was witnessed at Rose and Jasmine Garden in Islamabad for arranging barbecue parties after Eid ul Azha on the weekend, where the smoked aroma of grilled food provided an opportunity for families to enjoy quality time together.
The Park has witnessed a surge in daily visitors, attracting larger crowds compared to other recreational locations in Islamabad, a local media outlet reported.
Rose and Jasmine’s garden is becoming the most attractive entertainment place for families due to its modern facilities for visitors, said a CDA worker.
The trend of arranging barbecue parties is being increased, where families and friends are invited to have fun and enjoy tasty cuisines prepared from sacrificial meat, said a visitor.
Best Spot for Visitors
It is the best spot to enjoy such parties, which not only provides an opportunity to enjoy the weekend with families but also gives a chance to taste different kinds of dishes made of sacrificial meat, said a female visitor.
A restaurant worker said that the pleasant weather and aroma of grilled BBQ attract him a lot.
He said that many families visit the park on weekends, and they bring their food along for a picnic.
